Terms of Use
By using ilinxgames.com and the games linked from it (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
The games
Our games are free to play and provided "as is". We may change, pause or retire features, game balance or entire games at any time. In-game items, coins and gems have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may remove names or accounts that break these rules.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, harass other players or try to disrupt our servers. We may suspend or reset accounts that do.
Purchases
If we add optional purchases in the future, extra terms shown at the time of purchase will apply.
Advertising and third-party links
The Service may show ads from third parties (such as Google AdSense) and link to other sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. See our Privacy Policy.
Content and ownership
The games, artwork, names and logos belong to Ilinx Games. You may share screenshots and videos of gameplay (we'd love that — tag @ilinxgames).
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ilinx Games is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of game progress or data.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
